How do I become a therapist on your platform?

To become a therapist on our platform, you need to register, fill out a profile and complete an interview. After successfully activating your profile, you will be able to start accepting appointments for consultations.

How do I activate my profile?

Your profile will be activated after an interview with our manager and successful confirmation of your qualifications. After activation, you will receive a notification that you can start working with clients.

How do I set up available time-slots for sessions?

You can set up your schedule through your personal account. In the My Schedule section, select a convenient time for your sessions, and it will be displayed for users who want to sign up for a session.

How do I get an appointment for a session?

Users can sign up for sessions through the platform selecting you by profile. You will receive a notification about a new entry and will be able to confirm or suggest another time.

How can I cancel or reschedule the session?

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you can do this through your personal account. The platform will also notify the client of your change, and he will be able to suggest a new time-slot for the meeting.

What communication methods are available for sessions?

Our therapists can conduct consultations via video calls.

What are the requirements for working on the platform?

We require our therapists to have professional training in psychology or psychotherapy, as well as experience working with clients. It is also important that your equipment (camera, microphone, internet connection) is sufficient for online sessions.
Additional to this, all specialists on the platform must be registered as self-employed.
The platform does not work with psychologists who do not have the appropriate status in the tax authorities.

How do I get paid for sessions?

Payment for consultations is made through the platform. You will receive payments immediately after the end of the session to the account you’ve specified. Sometimes it can take several days. The platform deducts a commission of 20% from each session for the use of its services.

What should I do if there are technical problems?

If you have any problems with the platform (video is not working, payment issues, or other technical failures), please contact our support team. We will try to resolve all issues promptly.

If you’ve got any questions or problems, our support team is always ready to help. You can contact us via live chat in your personal account or by email.

What should I do if I want to temporarily suspend my activities on the platform?

For a temporary break, you can just not update your schedule – that would be enough.

Is it possible to work with several clients at the same time?

Our specialists can work with several clients, but it is important to maintain a balance and not overload. Make sure that your schedule matches your work schedule to provide quality therapy.

How can I extend or change my working conditions on the platform?

If you need to change your working conditions, such as opening hours, services, or profile, you can update the information in the Settings section of your personal account.
